These Terms of Service govern access to DLBR EID services. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure.

The service

DLBR provides identity verification infrastructure for businesses. The service returns verification signals and status information; it is not a replacement for a customer's legal, compliance, or risk assessment.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis for each verification, providing clear notices to their users, protecting API credentials, and using the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Availability and changes

We may improve, update, or temporarily suspend parts of the service to protect security and reliability. We will communicate material changes when practical.
